These terms govern the Cali Life Co. text message program run by Cali Life, LLC ("Cali Life," "we"). By opting in you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The program
When you opt in you will receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Cali Life Co. at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include new frame drops, weekend deals, restock alerts, order-related reminders such as an abandoned cart, and occasional customer service replies. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the text-message box at checkout, submitting your mobile number in a sign-up form on our site, or texting a keyword we publish to our number. Opting in through a form is confirmed by a first message from us. We keep a record of the date, time, and method of your consent.
3. How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed and receive one final confirmation text. You can also cancel by replying with words such as stop, cancel, end, quit, unsubscribe, or opt out, or by emailing contact@calilifeco.com. We honor every revocation within 10 business days, and usually within minutes. Cancelling marketing texts does not stop transactional messages you request, such as a one-time code or a shipping update.

5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number. The program is available to United States mobile numbers only. If you change or give up your number, you agree to tell us or opt out first.
7. Privacy
We use Klaviyo, Inc. to send and manage texts. Klaviyo processes your mobile number and message activity on our behalf. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in consent with any third party for that party's marketing. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continued participation after a change means you accept it.
